he does not refer to anyone as he is too self-obsessed for that

edit: narcissism is a mental illness, i'm sorry if i offended anyone. when i made the comment i thought i could use it as a way of saying he's self-obsessed, and knowing very little about mental illnesses i didnt even know NPD was a thing. if the term self-obsessed is also bad, please give me ideas for what i should change the word into

    Elon Musk enjoys Elon Musk’s name so much that Elon Musk has no pronouns. You may only refer to Elon Musk as Elon Musk.

    He's not a narcissist, and you shouldn't be insulting people by calling them that. Narcissists are disabled people and Elon Musk is an asshole. Those are not the same thing.

    Thank you. I don't expect anyone to know that if they haven't been told. You're actually doing a million times better than a lot of people who get defensive in situations like this. Thanks for being an ally to the disabled community

    Narcissism has been used to refer to very toxic personality traits since forever, and you can use the word to describe an asshole who is a narcissist. A patient with NPD is someone who accepts that those traits are negative and is trying to outgrow them, which is definitely not all narcissistic people.
