Star Trek Strange new Worlds and Good Omens 2 permalink fedilink source hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] sparky678348@lemm.ee 7 points 3 years ago (2 children) I'm horrified about good omens 2 and have not started it yet. If I remember correctly the first good omens was an adaptation of the entire book? So they continue the story after the book? Without Pratchett? I'm just a little afraid. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] TrenchcoatFullofBats@belfry.rip 9 points 3 years ago It's definitely different, but definitely good, and I say that as a Pratchett superfan. Neil did a really good job, and I think Tennant and Sheen's chemistry is even better this time around, which I did not think was possible. Also, Rob Wilkins, Pratchett's assistant and "curator" of his legacy is an executive producer. You should watch it. permalink fedilink source parent [–] SteefLem@lemmy.world 3 points 3 years ago* (last edited 3 years ago) No need. S2 is really good.
