I’ll take it! permalink fedilink source hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] CEOofmyhouse56@aussie.zone [S] 3 points 2 years ago (1 child) You can do that with leftover rice. Sprinkle a dessert spoon of water on the rice. Put a damp piece of paper towel over the top. Microwave for 2 minutes. If you have an airfryer you can bring day old bread rolls back to life by running them under water and airfry for a couple of minutes. You can do it your oven too. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] Llabyrinthine@aussie.zone 3 points 2 years ago (1 child) That’s interesting with the bread! I do have a wee one, but too hot for anything yesterday. Lucky we don’t really have to worry about the latter two, but I brought cookies back with me and they weren’t sealed in the usual way. They were almost rock-like and lacked flavour yesterday. Today I did the trick and was pleasantly surprised. Afternoon coffee was much nicer this time around! permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] CEOofmyhouse56@aussie.zone [S] 2 points 2 years ago I'm glad it worked.
