I'd say you'd have to be a legend of the club. The six that have them are Wenger and Chapman, legendary managers; Friar, whose years of servitude are longer than most fans have been alive; Henry and Bergkamp, who are Invincibles and two of the most popular players ever for this club, etc. etc.; and Adams is literally Mr. Arsenal.
