Not a good meme I know but just finished Starship Troopers for the millionth time. My father died 20+ years ago... The one thing I really want!
I read the book in my early teens and came away thinking "what a pack of idiots". Then the movie came along and I felt like I understood the book.
I'm sure I'm wrong.
