Every day off I take results in about 1.2 days of extra work I need to catch up on when I get back 🫤 At least I'm very often solo in the office so my presenteeism doesn't get others sick. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] Duenan@aussie.zone 4 points 2 years ago Yeah, this year the way things have fallen, my monday and tuesdays are loaded and if I'm not there the work just piles up. The person I work with, while our roles differs, just leaves the massive backlog for me to maintain and this places so much pressure on me if I take the day off when I have a scheduled workload. permalink fedilink source parent
