The beautiful cheetahs may not be among us for long. permalink fedilink source hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] MaybeItWorks@sh.itjust.works 55 points 3 years ago (2 children) I don’t get why they weren’t monitoring the cheetahs before one died. Seems negligent AF to import an animal and then watch it die. They literally let one die before deciding to do anything. These cheetahs aren’t pure, wild animals if they are imported. WTF India, maybe treat people and animals with more respect. Instead they’re response is, “Oopsies, I guess it was too hot while we watched them die. ” Morons. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 4 child comments replies: [–] doppelgangmember@lemmy.world 13 points 3 years ago (1 child) kinda my thoughts too Like they probably didnt just drop over dead. They first took notice when one dropped dead, and they only intervened when the other three collapsed... 😢😢😢 One cub lived, though. If there's any solace in all of this, at least one goddamn cub lived. permalink fedilink source parent [+] DJVIIIMan@lemmy.world -7 points 3 years ago [removed by mod] permalink fedilink source parent
