Is there a downvote bot on lemmy or something that downvotes a post regardless of the content ? If there is a downvote bot what can we do about it ? (lemmy.sdf.org)

I was wondering the same, doubt that we both pissed someone off. But who knows?

    I have definetly pissed people off but everytime i post within 5 minute there is a down vote and some things i post are not even controversial .

    Well I have noticed it with my own and comments from others. Like someone saying something completely friendly/neutral and there is always that 1 downvote. Only 1.

    I don't really mind the downvotes themselves, but if people disagree with something, please say it! This is why we are here. To discuss things (in a friendly manner). I can't learn anything new or think out of the box if people just downvote and leave.

    Exactly what gets on my nerve and downvotes just burries your post if something you need to know is urgent
