I'm glad you have other options. Not everyone does. My friend who currently works at Ford does so because he took custody of his nephew when his worthless brother went to jail. He has no choice but to work and provide. People are a kaleidoscope. This discussion always dives into “oh well you can live off oats and beans!” There’s so many assumptions about space to cook, storage options, time… I quit my full time and my food budget has gone down quite a bit, because I have time to make these things.
