I wonder why it’s a separate app. Well I have it now thanks! permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] cod@lemmy.world 2 points 3 years ago (1 child) Not sure if you’ve ever tried classical music on Apple Music or Spotify but it’s awful. Those apps aren’t at all designed for classical. You kinda need a different app for that. They bought Primephonic a while ago and promised to make their own classical music app, and took a good long while doing it, but it finally came and I downloaded it immediately. If you know your stuff with classical it’s far easier now to find specific recordings, and if you just listen to it casually or are wanting to discover new classical music it’s good for that too. permalink fedilink source parent hideshow 2 child comments replies: [–] DBT@artemis.camp 1 point 3 years ago I only really listen to a few of the most popular classics, and not on a regular basis. But I’m pretty excited to try this separate app out and discover something new. Cheers. permalink fedilink source parent
