If you mean the bottom one, I
- Added an empty panel
- Added the Icons only Task Manager widget to it
- Dragged my chosen programs to it from the menu
- Went into edit mode
- Dragged the minimum size handles to match the icons, leaving the maximum size handles as they were
- Centred the panel
I don't think there was any more to it.
