I tried to join this instance today, but never received the conformation email. When I tried to register, it said my email was already in use (for the first time I'm guessing).

Is there anything I can do to resolve this issue?

Please send an e-mail with details about what e-mail and username you signed up with to admin [at] lemm.ee and I can investigate further.
