If we give them money, they'll ask again later, if they don't they'll send peasants to "liberate" stuff from blue states. Like how they "liberated" Fort Sumter. Or how they "liberated" free blacks from free states, abducting them, and selling them as slaves. That's the thing about secessionists: they think they're the only ones who can claim "rightful ownership" of... anything. Women? Minorities? Taxes? Land?
