Infestation 88 developer, Nightmare Forge Games, have responded to claims that the '88' in the game's title refers to the Neo-Nazi salute.

Sea Lioning is a thing, but I'm not sure if they are doing that, probably just doesn't want to admit the Nazi problem is bigger than they think it is.
