Go read about BRI infrastructure projects in Africa and Asia. The global south is generally very positive about Chinese politics because Chinese give them hospitals and roads and ports.

    Maybe the US should start "bribing" with infrastructure projects then, I thought they were all about their soft power or whatever

    The nefarious Chinese are tricking people into supporting them by checks notes improving their material conditions.

    Thank God I live in America where I'll never have to worry about the government doing that.
