So recently I feel like I don't fit in anymore, like the world is turning around in shame to me. Help?

If it makes you feel any better, plenty of people who don't have autism also feel like losers.

Yep. Your feelings are authentic and meaningful, but are not unique.

Edit not sure why I was downvoted, OP asked for clarification and I provided it. Many people from all walks of live feel like a loser. They matter.
