I’ve heard from multiple seasoned pentesters who have their own pentest-focused consulting companies that they have hired junior pentesters for no reason other than they were either A. good writers or B. Uniquely excited about report writing/technical documentation. So yeah, learn to write, like to write, get paid. Good tip!
