Based out of Grand Rapids, Michigan, Madcap is my roaster of choice. I get a new bag of single origin every 2 weeks, and I'm never disappointed. I brew it on my V60 pour over set up.
Oh that bag is a much cooler design, bring it back! You have international taste, I'm inspired. I'll try the US-based ones first :)
