I'm asking new joiners because I know it can be confusing at first to see issues with content discoverability, instances unavailability, people migrating accounts, etc.

Sync still doesn't work for me. It crashes as soon as it opens. I'm enjoying Liftoff right now. I think I'll stick with it even if Sync starts working.

    I find myself just keeping with the website, even on mobile. I like the ability to see comments of my subscriptions

    There is a "comments" feed on the website that shows only comments rather than posts. It's useful for my alt that is only subscribed to a few niche communities, you see what's happening at a glance rather than opening each post

    This is one of those features that gets overlooked but is a great feature. You should definitely file a feature request on GitHub for it.

    I'm not that much of a Sync user myself (personal preferences, I guess), but I imagine at some point someone else will request it too
