I'm not disagreeing that there are nonbinary trans Thai people. Do you really think this meme is a joke about the subtleties of Thai sex worker's identities? This is clearly about finding out if a sex worker is trans by asking if they are actually a boy. Also, OP initially defends the post by saying they find trans sex workers sexy as hell. I think it's a re/crosspost.
