A "conspiracy theory" is, by definition, lunatic - e.g. chemtrails, fake moon landing, vaccine microchips A plausible theory about a conspiracy is not a "conspiracy theory" - e.g. Epstein didn't kill himself, environmentalists protesting a cycling event are a false flag op.
