I feel like "professionalism" at all is just a lie we tell ourselves, and I don't personally value the overall purpose of it. I’m with you for everything else though, the issue is really highlighted by people writing casual emails and sending them professional-ized by ChatGPT, and the receiver passing through ChatGPT to make them more clear.
