Additionally, I am currently on a free account for ProtonPass. How can I edit my existing logins to add new notes or 2FA? I do not see an edit button on the UI when I click on one of my login accounts, and there is nothing in the settings either.

The edit button appeared for me on every account, after I got the 1-year free subscription from their current promotion. (From here) permalink fedilink source parent
