Your definition and his definition of tolerance are not the same. In fact, if you actually read his works instead of a wikipedia article headline(lol), then you will find YOU are the one he was criticizing. Popper believed the intolerant were those who would rely on censorship rather than debate. Literally, tolerance of debate.
