    It says the parents don't have to pay, not the educators don't get paid. There's such a thing called *public funding*

    NYC has enough rich people to afford this sort of thing now that their luxury homes no longer get tax exemptions.

    I guess when you read the sentence, "I always wear socks when I'm wearing shoes," your immediate thought is, "You wear socks in the shower?" After all, I clearly said I always wear socks, right?

    If this is trolling, it is absolutely bottom tier. If this is a reading comprehension issue, it is also bottom tier.
