Fun fact: 100 Billion is a lot of money. That is only 10% of what Elon Musk is worth. If Elon gave every American (about 350 million last I checked), $1M, that would only put a dent in his wealth to the tune of just over 1/3rd of 1% of his wealth. These Uber wealthy need to shut up about needing more money. They have so much that they could loose an amount that would be literally life-changing to most of us and would barely notice it, if an accountant didn't say anything to them.

350 Million x 1 Million is 350 Trillion. So over 350 times his net worth. Each person in the US could get like 1 thousand for over 1/3 of his net worth.

Using British definitions I see. 1 billion is 1,000 million, and 1 trillion is 1,000 billion. If 1% of 1,000 is 10 then 1/3 of that would be 3.3333.

    3.33 x log 9 would be 3,333,333,333.333(repeating)

            345,000,000 US citizens
             X$1,000,000 per citizen
    ‐------------------------
    $345,000,000,000,000

That's trillions. The log should have been 6+6 for your math if both the money and population were in the millions.
