As of a few minutes ago old.reddit.com now seems to requre logging in to access it.

Shame as it was still the best place to browse for info about some niche interests.

Edit: Seems like they might be testing the change as it is hit or miss at the moment.

Edit: Adding this to My flilters in uBlock Origin seems to fix the issue for the time being:

Some tips:

We do have some trolls, we're getting more popular. If you feel like someone is picking on you, those are them.
Active is the default, but can seem less active because the active posts stay up longer. I made my default Hot, but then I check Active and Top 6 Hours.
You're probably going to go through a withdrawel. It varies by person, but mine took about a week or two.
