Are you saying green beans squeak, or are undercooked green beans a separate thing? Because I would argue that disliking undercooked green beans isn't a neurodivergent thing.

I love green beans, but they squeak on my teeth if they are steamed to the proper level. I need mine over cooked until they are soft enough to no longer squeak, or raw.

I can't stand crunchy peanut butter for the same reason.

Squeaky on your teeth? Very interesting. I like my green beans al dente, and overcooked is inedible for me. We could make it work, though, I'd just take out my serving before they cook too long.

But we agree on the PB. I HATE crunchy peanut butter, too. As a kid, I didn't even know it existed, then someone made me a sandwich with it, and I was grossed out and outraged! I'm old now, and still enjoy a PB &J me and then (had one last night), but I've never bought a jar of crunchy PB in my entire life.

I can't eat onion because of the disgusting taste or smell. I used to not like celery much, but now I like a bit in tuna or chicken salad for crunchiness, which a lot of people here probably hate. Useless otherwise.
