Curiously, I looked it up at wiki and found this data:

According to that, per capita emissions of China are 190% of world average, Canafa at 307%, and Germany 145% (in 2023).
What distorts these numbers hugely are the big differences caused by 'dirty' industrial production, inequality and wealth within each country.
