kohlrabi plants in the soil

What food would you prepare now that you have these 2 kohlrabi bulbs in your hands and any other ingredients you want available?

I've never eaten it before, so I'd enjoy hearing some ideas.

only ever had them raw I think. It wouldn't even occur to me to cook with them, but now I kinda want to try that.
