What food would you prepare now that you have these 2 kohlrabi bulbs in your hands and any other ingredients you want available?

I've never eaten it before, so I'd enjoy hearing some ideas.

Cut em up and eat em raw. I don't even need salt or anything else. Raw kohlrabi is just so damn tasty with a really lovely bite to it
