Or maybe if you had the 2nd they wouldn't be so quick to arrest the wrong guy ad actually did their fucking job and investigated... No no that to lofty of a concept in canada...

The 2nd protects the 1st and you don't have free speech.

    Yeah, no one is ever wrongfully arrested and convicted in the USA. You guys are famously standing up to tyranny, brave yankee.

    We have the freedom of speech which as we all know States side went out with blackface trudeu in canada then used the emergency act (for the US thats literally Marshall Law) to quiet down protesters in Ottawa.

    Only time ever used, for honking horns. Then seized their bank accounts. So much freedom.

    I haven't bought a gun in at least 7 years. Prolly cause I got all the ones I want (Others than a 686). But my dildo's have value and use and you can't have them up there.

    You do realist that "I am innocent, armed and will shoot if you try to arrest me" is possibly the worst conceivable way to avoid being unlawfully arrested, right?

    There is quite literally nothing you could do to make it more certain that you will be either killed or arrested than trying to shoot your way out of being wrongly arrested.

    I hope you also realise that the US has the highest incarceration rate in the world, and has a long and proud history of arresting and/or executing the wrong people. Literally any other system than the one you're advocating for is provably superior when it comes to preventing the wrong people from being arrested.
