I personally have blocked the accounts that pop up but only because I keep this account SFW, but a lot of tagged NSFW content isn't actually "nsfw" for my workplace, just the sexualized stuff, so I dont want to just sift all of it out automatically in the settings. I dont see why it bothers people to the point where they have to make a big deal out of it, sometimes I think people on the internet have too much energy if they can afford to be directing it to negative stuff like that.
