Like Mozilla made this platform where users suggest stuff and other users vote on them.

I would want a unified modticketing system or modmail so not one mod would get overwhelmed but rather

All mods would see all request and reply to unattended messages/requests.

You see I messaged a mod and now it has been 24 hours, should I wait another 24 hour or a week then message another... too much brain work for my mentally messed brain.
