I volunteer at a food bank, they give the volunteers food for our time. I was given a large bag of limes. I am looking for recipes to use them!

The only real recipes I have are for cilantro lime rice, and corn and lime salsa.

ETA: I am looking meal ideas more than desserts.

If you want to just "cheese" the process, use them as you would lemons. Very close to them, not perfect, but if you're desperate to dump them, it's that. Or limenade for VERY hot days.
