I wouldn't put it past him tbf, he's quite a hateful person.

To be fair, only a small proportion of Dutch wind mills are actual mills. Most are wind-pumps.

I presumed this is what he meant, because who mixes them up? And, he's that kind of person, who would slate a nation for having history and culture.
