I can't imagine simultaneously thinking of people as sheep and being disappointed in how sheeplike they act.

But that's the whole point. We are disappointed in them for acting sheeplike, for letting someone fleece them instead of thinking more critically. They are humans and should know better.

Either way, I don't think sheep should be exploited.
