Humanity is diverse enough that some percentage of the population will be fucked up in the head enough to think that genital herpes is a divine gift. You're never going to influence those people. The goal is to make the everyday man level with the fact that they voted 3 times to have concentration camps and unparalleled corruption in this country. They should never be able to forget it, they should have to live with the shame of those decisions for the rest of their lives. I just think it's at odds with the reality in which history is read; namely the "look at what these specific villains did, and were they justified" as a form of absolving ourselves and humanizing said villains.
