It seems to work alright, but you have to go into it prepared to be happy. I know that sounds dumb, but sometimes when we get depressed for too long, we cling to that feeling out of familiarity and subconsciously avoid or even fear the idea of being happy. So if you do it, make sure you go in ready and willing to be happy, otherwise it'll make everything worse. permalink fedilink source parent
