The one that we are listening to now is called “Earwitness” and it all hinges on someone claiming to have overheard a phone call where the suspect supposedly confessed to the murder. The other person on the line said that the suspect never said that at all. There was no actual physical evidence of him committing the crime. Just a few witness statements one of which was changed so many times due to the bad interview techniques used by the cops and the other being this person who was paid to testify about the phone call. permalink fedilink source parent
