This is what the First Amendment auditor wanted. They do this to get this type of reaction, so the only person I feel bad for in this situation is the guy who got pepper-sprayed.

These First Amendment auditors are horrible people, and they are creepy. Most of the time, they aren't filming outside police stations or courthouses. They are filming outside small businesses, restaurants, and overall are just harassing people. They are worse than pranksters and, even to an extent, Johnny Somali. They are just like Chud the Builder—they are the EXACT same.

Chud goes around calling people the N-word and other racial slurs because "he has the right to." And he does, but he does it so he can get a reaction out of people. First Amendment auditors are the same. They go around recording people and harassing people because they have the "right" to do it. But just because you have the "right" to do something doesn't make it okay.

So, just like Chud the Builder, I hope these people f*** around and find out very, very soon. I hope they do this in Texas. They are even worse than paparazzi because, at least when it comes to the paparazzi, they are getting paid and are taking pictures of people who, of their own free will, chose to become celebrities and knew what came with it. These assholes are legally harassing and stalking people for no reason, and one day, hopefully soon, one of them will record the wrong person.

Before anyone gets mad at me, it proves everyone likes to pick and choose which "rights" they like and is kind of hypocritical with everything else. For example, when Colin Kaepernick kneeled during the national anthem, the right threw a fit despite the fact that he had the right to do it. The right will also throw a tantrum if someone burns the American flag.

At the same time, people on both the left and the right only like freedom of speech when it benefits them. If you say, "Charlie Kirk deserved it," then people on the right will want you canceled, despite the fact that people have free speech. Then again, even when it comes to hate speech, people on either the right or the left will say, "Hate speech isn't free speech," when, unfortunately, it generally is protected under the First Amendment in the United States. That's why Kanye wasn't arrested when he did the "HH" song, and people aren't getting arrested for singing that song. As screwed up as it is, people like to pick and choose which rights they like.

When it comes to First Amendment auditors, do they have the right to go around recording and taking pictures of people? Yes. That doesn't mean people have to like it, and they have to deal with whatever consequences come after, as long as those consequences are lawful. The same goes for people who go around hurling racial slurs at others. Do they have the right to do it? Yes. Does society have the right to hate them for it? Absolutely. Are people allowed to celebrate Charlie Kirk's death? Yes, they have the right to express that view. Are people also allowed to express that they want a First Amendment auditor to get hurt? They are allowed to express opinions, but threatening or encouraging violence against someone is different from simply expressing a viewpoint and is not protected in the same way.
