I use it mixed. To me, it means the game doesn't have any value alone, and doesn't have any value with a group of introverts, for example. You MUST play with the right group for it to work.

Similarly, streamerslop is just a game that is only good for streamers to use as platforms. It often is also friendslop, but not always.

So, friendslop is negative, but not extremely so. It's just describing what type of game ît is, like "party music" or "pop music"

The game Peak, for example is GOOD friendslop. It's an actual game with replayability and a ladder of still to be learned, and doesn't rely on social antics to be fun and challenging.
