I doubt this will take off like, say, GlassDoor, but if it catches on, could be an interesting resource to make oneself feel better. Orders of magnitude more data are needed for this to be useful.
People with their own community websites did this before reddit existed. Then yelp and google did it whole-scale. Then they enshittified it when those websites were gone/didn't rank.
