All cats are born with blue eyes. But by the time they are weaned the eyes change color. Typically to hazel or yellow. It's uncommon for them to remain blue.
Random trivia: Iris color can impact survival rates in the wild. If you look at the color of the skin right around the eye, it can tell you if a cat is going to be a better daytime hunter or night time hunter. White skin will reflect more light in the dark helping them catch prey. Blue irises are more sensitive to daylight and in bright conditions can decrease success rates.
This kid with his white fur white skin and blue eyes is going to be a much better night time hunter.
