Now lying in my hammock drinking coffee and looking around at all the other awesome things I've set up to enjoy.

    I love a hammock. Just built a stand for it that I can roll around for sun or shade. I usually say I'm going for a visit to Hammockstand out loud to no one.

    I didn't want it super blocky so I did 4x4s with some metal brackets and 3d printed rollers. Took a bit of work but found some scrap steel so I went to work.

    Very nice! I like the low visual impact. I don't weld but I reckon I could do a laminate joint, perhaps with some steel tube passing through it. Thanks for the inspiration 👍

    Thanks. Yeah I'm fortunate I have access to scrap sometimes and some tools! I did see plans for one laminated looked like a ship bow. That with pipe legs would get you there! It's probably what I would do next time.
