Went from an apple watch to this. Not looking back :) I love the battery life and simplicity of it all. It tracks my sleep, steps and blood oxygen, which is why I used the Apple Watch before. (lemmy.zip)

I have a Garmin watch and the sleep tracking has been fairly decent.
