I have owned an air fryer for quite some time now and I have just looked up the German word for it. Heißluftfritteuse (hot air fryer) apparently.

German here. You can also just do your best Arnold Schwarzenegger impression while saying “Airfryer” and this is acceptable.

Russian is "аэрогриль", "aerogrill", short and clear
But may leave an impression that it's made for grilling planes/in planes
