    Sort of. It is probably Russian crude oil, but refined into gasoline/diesel/whatever by India. Ukraine has (as I understand it) been attacking Russia's refineries as opposed to the wells, which are generally farther away

  • The refineries are also a significant chunk of the profit. Destroying them all wouldn't end Russia's oil revenue, but between the loss of the most profitable part of the process and the fact Russia then needs to buy the refined products back to use, it's making the Gas Station Masquerading as a Country business pretty unsustainable.
