A misguided (in multiple ways) attempt to prevent those kids from getting killed by cancer.

I don’t know what’s with Israel and US killing children

Why did you leave out Iran?

February 12, 2026 — At least 216 children were killed during the Islamic Republic’s brutal crackdown on protesters in January 2026, when Iranian security forces unleashed live ammunition, military-grade weapons, knives, and machetes to kill thousands of protesting civilians.

Because we all know why Iran is doing it. They're a brutal theocracy ruling by fear, so killing even children to maintain power is normal and expected.

That probably applies to Israel at this point, too, but they are more of a conquering colonial power, which is slightly different.

The USA? It's unclear. Killing Iranian children is very counter-productive for their interests.

    They elected a retard?

To be fair they also didn't strike the hospital

Iran's Mehr news agency reported that the strikes hit the vicinity of Shahid Baghaei Hospital in Ahvaz, prompting staff to move patients out of the facility as a precaution. The hospital is known for treating cancer patients, including children receiving chemotherapy.
