Alles eine Frage des Blickwinkels. Seit dem Amtsantritt von Vladimir Putin 1999 hat Russland mit Ausnahme von 2008 bis 2012 eine konstante und stabile Regierung. Da kann Deutschland mit seinen ganzen Regierungswechseln einfach nicht mithalten. /s
